Dear Valued Patients,
After many meaningful and rewarding years in practice, I am writing to share that I will be retiring effective November 1, 2026. Over the coming months, I will continue to reduce my hours as I transition toward retirement.
Over the years, I have had the honor of walking alongside many of you through both joyful and difficult times. The relationships we have built mean more to me than I can fully express, and I will always be grateful for the trust you placed in my care.
As I step away, I want to make this transition as smooth and comfortable as possible for you. If you would like to remain with Baubly Medical, my daughter, Dr. Kathryn Baubly will be continuing in the practice and is available to care for you.
If you feel it is best for you to establish care elsewhere, we will gladly assist by transferring your medical records and ensuring you have enough medication to get you through this transition.
